Kunzite

Manga:Kunzite is the last and most powerful of the four generals. Kunzite vows to get the ginzuishou and kill Sailor Moon and the Sailor Senshi. "He cuts all the power lines in Tokyo and waits for the Sailor Senshi on top of Tokyo Tower. The Senshi confront him, but he just absorbs their attacks and returns it at Sailormoon; Tuxedo Kamen takes the blast for Sailormoon though, and then in Act 9, their memories of their past lives are revived. Sailormoon becomes Princess Serenity and cries, the ginzuishou appearing as her tear; the light of the ginzuishou restores Kunzite's memories of his past life serving Prince Endymion, and he then captures the hurt Endymion and brings him to the Dark Kingdom." (ASSP). Later, Kunzite is ordered by Beryl to steal the ginzuishou and he freezes Tokyo. Sailor Moon frees Tokyo and the senshi kill Kunzite with their "Sailor Planet Attack." His body turns into the stone, kunzite, which Beryl then gives to the revived evil Prince Endymion along with the stones of the other generals. In Act 12, after Endymion is resurrected, the stone kunzite awakens, and Kunzite appears to Mamoru, telling him how to defeat Metallia before his stone shatters. (ASSP)
Anime: Kunzite is the fourth general. He was Zoisite's lover and teacher. Kunzite was forced to work with the evil Endymion and he hated it. Queen Beryl orders them to find the Silver Imperial Crystal. Eventually the Kunzite confronts the senshi and attacks them. He is quite surprised (as you can imagine) when Sailor Moon reflects his own attack and kills him. He dies with Zoisite's name on his lips, and they are together once again in death.
Name origin: Kunzite is the pale pink to lilac gem variety of the mineral spodumene. Kunzite is relatively hard and also must be handled carefully. The top and bottom of the crystal have the deepest colors.
