Prince Dimando

Manga: Dimando is the Prince of the Dark Moon. Wiseman has given Dimando the "third eye" which gives him the ability to shoot a beam from his forehead to destroy his enemies. Dimando trusts Wiseman more than anything, which ends up being the downfall of the Dark Moon. He is later killed by Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen after Tuxedo Kamen comes to the rescue and brings Sailor Moon's rod.
Anime: In the Anime, Prince Dimando is obsessed with Neo-Queen Serenity. He kidnaps Sailor Moon (knowing her identity) and tries to make her his queen. When Dimando realizes Wiseman is using him, he prtoects Sailor Moon from Wiseman's attacks and then dies trying to kill Wiseman.
