Sailor Star Fighter: Seiya Kou is Sailor Star Fighter, a woman from the planet Kinmoku, disguised as a Male Pop Singer of the band "The Three Lights" in search of their princess, Princess Kakyuu. Seiya later falls in love with Usagi, although she is oblivious to his feelings.
Sailor Star Healer: Yaten Kou is Sailor Star Healer, another woman from Kinmoku and in the "Three Lights" band.
Sailor Star Maker: Taiki Kou is Sailor Star Maker, and is also from Kinmoku and part of "Three Lights"
It should be noted that in the manga, the Starlights remain women and are never disguised as men. It is only in the anime that they appear as men, and transform into women.
